Vinification : The grapes were harvested and chosen by hand in order to select the best bunches for each variety. Fermentation was carried out separately in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25 ° C.
Aging : 3 months in new French oak barrels.
Color : Ruby.
Aroma : Red and violet fruits.
Flavor : Fresh in the mouth, well structured and persistent.
Gastronomy : Meat dishes, baked fish and cheese.
