 VARIETIES: 50% Verdelho, 50% Alvarinho
 VINIFICATION: The grapes were harvested and chosen by hand in order to select the best bunches. The wine fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
 AROMA: Notes of peach, apricot and honeysuckle.
 TASTE: Excellent acidity and minerality, ends with a long and persistent aftertaste. GASTRONOMY: Goes well with fish, seafood and light cold meat dishes.
