    VARIETIES: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

  • VINIFICATION: The grapes were harvested and chosen by hand in order to select the best bunches. The wine fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.

    AROMA: Fruity, predominantly green apple and melon. Herbaceous notes of asparagus

    TASTE: Marked acidity with mineral notes giving a persistent aftertaste.

    GASTRONOMY: Very gastronomic when paired with baked fish dishes and roast meats.
