VINIFICATION: After a short alcoholic fermentation, selected wine spirit was added in order to stop the fermentation. The wine remains in contact with the macerated skins for approximately 6 months.
AGING: Minimum of 8 years in old French oak barrels.
COLOR: Topaz.
AROMA: Exuberant and complex with notes of dried fruits, rosemary and honey.
TASTE: Sensation of greasiness and at the same time of great freshness, with a long and persistent finish.
GASTRONOMY: Perfect to accompany fatty cheeses, sweets or to enjoy it on its own.
