Aging: Minimum 12 months.
Color: Citrine with fine and persistent bubble.
Aroma: Intense and fruity.
Flavor: Fresh fruit flavor: the passion fruit notes stand out ripe and sweet. In the mouth it is a creamy mousse and ends long and persistent.
Gastronomy: Should be served between 6 to 8 ° C. Excellent as an aperitif or even to accompany desserts and fish dishes.
