Vinification: Sparkling Wine “Blanc de Noirs” 100% Baga, noble red grape variety from Bairrada. Produced according to the classic method and with a 36-month aging period in the basement.
Color: It is a sparkling wine that shows a fine and intense bubble, has a clear appearance and a yellowish color.
Aroma and Flavor: With a fruity, fresh, creamy and complex aroma and flavor.
End of Tasting: At the end of the mouth is a smooth and persistent mousse.
Gastronomy: Should be served at 8ºC. Goes well with starters and typical Mediterranean cuisine. Excellent accompaniment to desserts.
