Vinification: The grapes were harvested and chosen by hand in order to select the best bunches. The wine fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
Aging : 18 months in French oak barrels.
Color : Ruby.
Aroma : Wild fruits with notes of cocoa and vanilla
Taste : Full-bodied and velvety.
Gastronomy : Goes well with meat dishes and intensely flavored cheeses.
