  • VINIFICATION: The grapes were harvested and chosen by hand in order to select the best bunches. The wine fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.

    AROMA: Fruity, predominantly mango, papaya and apple.

    TASTE: Full-bodied and balanced, with good acidity, minerality and persistent aftertaste.

    GASTRONOMY: Goes well with fish, seafood and light cold meat dishes and sushi.
