VINIFICATION: The grapes were harvested and chosen by hand in order to select the best bunches, followed by fermentation in French oak barrels. It was produced for 600 numbered and exclusive bottles.
AGING: 14 months in French oak barrels.
COLOR: Golden.
AROMA: Exuberant with notes of ripe fruit.
FLAVOR: The acidity appears perfectly integrated with a creamy texture and a delicate hint of oak. Persistent finish.
GASTRONOMY: Ideal for fish dishes and some red meats.
