Vinification : The grapes were picked and hand picked in order to select the best bunches. The wine fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Stage : 3 Months in bottle.
Color : Citrine.
Aroma : Fruity, predominantly mango, papaya and apple.
Flavor : Full-bodied and balanced, with good acidity, minerality and persistent aftertaste.
Gastronomy : It goes well with fish, seafood and light dishes of cold meats and sushi.
