Vinification : Made from the selection of 30 lines of our Cabernet Sauvignon plot. These grapes have demonstrated over the years an exemplary ripeness that results in a wine of much higher quality. The grapes were harvested and chosen by hand in order to select the best bunches. The wine fermented in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature.
Aging : 12 months in bottle.
Color : Ruby.
Aroma : Intense aroma of black fruit, where blueberries stand out, with notes of spices and coffee.
Flavor : Firm tannin and good freshness.
Gastronomy : Goes well with meat dishes and cheeses with an intense flavor.
